Ingredients
- 1 whole Onion, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 whole Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 whole Cucumber, diced
- Chopped Cilantro
- 3/4 kg Ground Beef
- 2 heaping tbsps Taco mix
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 100g Mozzarella Cheese
- 100g Cheddar Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- 300g Tortilla Chips
- 300g Caramba Tomato Salsa (Hot or regular)
Directions
- Chop all aromatics & vegetables.
- Prepare the nachos in a serving bowl.
- Sear the beef, then add salt & pepper.
- Using the rendered fat from the beef, stir fry the garlic, onions & half of the bell peppers. Then add the Taco mix & tomato paste.
- Mix altogether, then add mozzarella & cheddar cheese. Cover the pan until cheese is melted.
- Pour the cooked ingredients on to the nachos. Sprinkle the rest of the bell peppers, cucumbers, then pour the tomato salsa evenly.
