Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Liempo
- 150 g Caramba Barbecue Sauce (Regular)
- 2 Leg Quarter Chicken
- 200 ml Caramba Sawsaw (premixed soy sauce with vinegar, chili & calamansi)
- 3 pcs Eggplant
- 4 pcs Tomatoes
Directions
- Marinate the pork liempo with barbecue sauce. Cover then let it sit for at least 3 hours.
- Poke a few slices on the chicken, then marinate in Sawsaw. Cover then let it sit for at least 3 hours.
- Start grilling the pork liempo & chicken.
- Baste all meat using the Barbecue Sauce. Add the vegetables to the grill until cooked through.
- Serve with some Sawsaw as a dip on the side.
Grilling Time:
- Pork Liempo: 10-15 minutes each side
- Chicken: 15-20 minutes each side
