Ingredients
- Steamed Rice
- 360g Wagyu Steak (3/4 inch thick)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Chopped onion leeks
Chili Sauce Butter:
- 125g Butter
- 2 tbsp Caramba Chili Fuerte
- 1 head Garlic, roasted
- 1 tsp Honey
Directions
- Mix well together all ingredients for the chili sauce butter.
- Season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper & olive oil.
- Pan grill both sides of the steak for 2-3 minutes, then let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak into cubes, then top it on the rice bowl with the chili butter sauce. Serve.
