Steak Rice Bowl with Chili Sauce Butter

Ingredients

  • Steamed Rice
  • 360g Wagyu Steak (3/4 inch thick)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped onion leeks

Chili Sauce Butter:

  • 125g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Caramba Chili Fuerte
  • 1 head Garlic, roasted
  • 1 tsp Honey

Directions

  1. Mix well together all ingredients for the chili sauce butter.
  2. Season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper & olive oil.
  3. Pan grill both sides of the steak for 2-3 minutes, then let them rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the steak into cubes, then top it on the rice bowl with the chili butter sauce. Serve.
